**Please read the following instructions carefully**

Pre Entry deadline is Thursday at 12 pm before the race weekend.

The form is for pre entry only. It is not a waiver or release. No payment is required until you attend sign in at the race. Attending sign in at the race is still mandatory to sign the waiver(s), pay your entry fees, purchase a CMRC license if you do not already have one, etc... Don't worry if you end up not being able to attend the race and you've already pre entered. Your pre entry will simply be marked as a no show.

Fill out all of the form. Double check that you have done so before clicking on SUBMIT.

Please enter for only one race at a time in the week prior to the race. Pre entering for more than one event at a time will cause confusion. Use the GREEN barcode number on the right side of your helmet. If you do not have one, you will be given it at sign in. Please bring your helmet to sign in.

Check off all classes for Saturday or Sunday. Don't worry if you are not sure what class, just select one and if you want to change it at sign in, this can be rectified.

When you are finished filling out the form click SUBMIT. A confirmation page will pop up. Print it off and bring it to sign in with your helmet.
