**Please read the following instructions carefully**

Pre Entry is mandatory for the Provincial MX Series. The deadline for pre entry is 12:00 pm (noon) on the Thursday before the race. If you choose not to pre enter you will be charged a fee of $10.

The form is for pre entry only. It is not a waiver or release. No payment is required until you attend sign in at the race. Attending sign in at the race is still mandatory to sign the waiver(s), pay your entry fees, purchase a CMRC license if you do not already have one, etc... Don't worry if you end up not being able to attend the race and you've already pre entered. Your pre entry will simply be marked as a no show.

Fill out all of the form. Double check that you have done so before clicking on SUBMIT.

Check off all of the classes that you will be racing in on Saturday and Sunday. Don't worry if you end up not racing in one or more than one of the classes that you have checked off. This can be rectified at sign in.

When you finish filling out the form click on SUBMIT. A confirmation page will pop up. Print it off, and bring it with you to sign in at the race. This way, if your pre entry gets lost you won't have to pay $10 extra per class.
